Stephanie Allen is a highly respected & sought-after learning facilitator, coach and mentor. She is passionate about helping people grow and works with people to gain leadership & management qualifications through coaching and group facilitation.

Over twenty years Stephanie has gained a wide range of senior management experience, particularly in the fields of Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Personal Development & Total Quality Management.
Since 1993 she has built up an enviable reputation as a Leadership Development specialist working with managers at all levels to help them grow. Although much of her current work involves designing and delivering accredited programmes so that clients may gain internationally respected qualifications through her consultancy, The Training Spa, she also creates learning opportunities for clients who need specific skills without a qualification and works as an Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor to many senior leaders.
Stephanie supports a broad range of clients in both public and private sectors across the UK and Europe as well as delivering an annual HR Strategy Masterclass in Shanghai. In addition, she has built up a very specific niche within UK Universities and Colleges working with staff and supporting them whilst they gain management qualifications. In April 2009 she was invited to present a keynote paper, on her work to the Australian Association of Tertiary Education Management in Perth.
