Coaching Cloud

An AI thinking partner for coaches.

Sits beside you before and after each session — reading what you’ve pasted, writing the prep brief, carrying your client’s story forward. Surfaces threads worth pulling. Holds questions worth sitting with. You hold the room.

For over twenty years Coaching Cloud has supported coaches’ work. This is our latest work.

The loop

At its simplest, Coaching Cloud shows up at two moments.

You close out a session — paste raw notes, upload a transcript from Zoom or Otter, or drop in a stream-of-consciousness brain dump — and a structured summary comes back for you to review. Key moments, themes, what the client committed to, what you noticed about yourself. You edit what you want, save, and the picture of your client’s arc carries forward.

Then, when you sit down before the next session — an hour from now or a week — a prep brief is ready. Where you left off. Threads worth watching. Two or three framework lenses, each with questions specific to this client, not generic coaching questions. Follow-ups from last time. Questions to hold in mind during the hour.

That’s the loop.

The shape below is real — a fragment of how a prep brief is written. Names changed; cadence untouched.

Scarlet’s still weighing the VP role against founding something of her own — but her framing shifts depending on who she talked to most recently. The partner she mentioned getting “clarity from” on Tuesday pulled her toward the founder side; by Thursday’s session, the pull had softened.

The softening by Thursday is the kind of exception worth staying with. Scarlet calls it “less certain” — another read is that something gave her space. Worth holding: what was different on Thursday?

How it works

Most AI tools start every conversation from scratch. Coaching Cloud doesn’t. Each session you close out gets woven into a compressed, rolling picture of who your client is and where their arc has gone — so by session five or ten, the prep brief isn’t summarising what you pasted last week; it’s drawing on everything you’ve put in.

It reads more than your session notes. Drop in a 360, a psychometric, the client’s development plan or reflective journal — Coaching Cloud writes a quiet summary of each, and that summary travels with every prep brief and close-out. The picture isn’t just what happened in your hours together; it’s everything you’ve gathered.

It also knows coaching. GROW pays attention to goal, reality, options, will — what’s in front of you. Solutions-Focused leans into exceptions, scaling, preferred futures. Co-Active notices who the client is being, not just what they’re doing. You pick which lenses to prep through, per session. The questions that come back aren’t abstract — they’re things a coach could actually ask out loud.

It also stays out of the session. Coaching is relational, not transactional — you hold the room, Coaching Cloud sits beside you. Every brief is framed as options for you, never prescriptions. The ICF ethos isn’t a disclaimer in the footer — it shapes how each brief is written.

Your data is yours

Your clients’ notes belong to you. Export the whole lot — a JSON file plus a readable markdown dossier for each client — whenever you want, ready to keep or to take somewhere else. Your notes aren’t used to train any AI model. Your data lives in Supabase Postgres, hosted in the EU.

The record alongside your work

Whether you submit hours to a credential body, hand off a client, or just want a clear record of your own practice, Coaching Cloud keeps the log alongside your work. Engagement dates, sessions per client, total hours, whether you disclosed AI use in each engagement. Settings → Coaching log gives you a CSV when you need one — sized to drop straight into an ICF, AC, or EMCC submission.

Who’s behind this

Coaching Cloud is one of two products built by LAB233, a studio for coaching tools, with twenty years of coaching software behind it. Programs, cohorts, scheduling at scale, a wider choice of AI models, custom frameworks of your own — those live in our sister product, Coaching Workspace. Coaching Cloud is a different shape: the thinking partner, and nothing else.

Pricing

Flat $19 a month, or $190 a year — two months free. Fourteen-day free trial, card required to start, cancel any time from your settings. If your trial ends and you haven’t subscribed, you keep read-only access to everything you’ve written. Nothing you wrote disappears.

Tax added at checkout for coaches in the UK and EU.

Common questions

Who is this for?

Independent coaches, from newly qualified through to experienced practitioners with a full book. Coaching Cloud keeps your session records, carries each client’s picture forward, and writes you a brief before each session — whether that’s your whole setup or a notes-and-thinking layer alongside the scheduling and invoicing tools you already use. If your practice is built around programs, cohorts, or scheduled sessions at scale, our sister product Coaching Workspace is the one for that.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

Two things. First, Coaching Cloud remembers — each session you close out updates a rolling picture of your client, so prep for session ten draws on the full engagement, not just what you pasted last week. Second, it knows coaching. The framework lenses aren’t labels — they actually change what questions come back to you. GROW notices one thing; Co-Active notices something else; Solutions-Focused something else again.

Is my data used to train any AI model?

No. Your notes, extractions, and prep briefs stay yours. They aren’t shared with Anthropic for training, and they aren’t shared with anyone else.

Where is my data stored?

In Supabase Postgres, hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt). Everything — your client records, your closed-out sessions, your prep briefs — lives in the EU. You can export the full set any time, and delete your account permanently whenever you want. If you need a Data Processing Agreement for your records, drop us a line and LAB233 will issue one.

What happens if I cancel or my trial ends?

You keep read-only access to everything you’ve written — your clients, their rolling context, every closed-out session, every prep brief. You can’t add new sessions or generate new briefs, but nothing disappears. Nothing deletes without your say-so.

Can I export everything?

Yes, any time. Settings → Export all data gives you a ZIP with a JSON dump plus per-client markdown dossiers. Settings → Coaching log gives you a separate CSV sized for credential submissions — engagement dates, hours, AI-disclosure status. Whether you’re moving on or just want a backup, the whole picture of your practice is portable.

How does this fit with my practice management tools?

Either way works. If you don’t use one, Coaching Cloud stores every closed-out session, carries context forward, and writes the next prep brief — for plenty of coaches that’s enough. If you already use scheduling, invoicing, or a client portal you like, Coaching Cloud doesn’t need to know about any of it; you paste notes or upload a transcript after each session and it does the rest. What it doesn’t do is scheduling, client portals, or cohort programs — if you need those in one place, our sister product Coaching Workspace is built for that.

Which AI is this?

Claude, from Anthropic — Sonnet 4.6 for extracting session notes and updating client context, Opus 4.7 for generating prep briefs where quality matters most. If choosing between different models or building your own custom frameworks matters to you, that’s how our sister product Coaching Workspace is set up.

Is there a per-session or per-client limit?

No. Flat $19 a month, however many clients you work with. Individual uploads cap at about 150 minutes of Zoom transcript — long sessions can be split if needed.

What's the onboarding like?

After you sign up, there’s a short conversation — maybe ten minutes — where Coaching Cloud learns how you work as a coach: who you work with, what you believe coaching is for, the moves and phrases you come back to. That profile shapes every extraction and prep brief you get, so the output reads like you, not a generic AI assistant. Onboarding happens before your trial starts — you meet the product before we ask for your card.

How do I get help?

Drop us a line on the contact page. We read every message and come back as soon as we can — usually within a day. Bug reports, questions about how something works, product feedback — all the same place.
