    My wife and I have been doing the 5:2 fast diet inspired by Dr Michael Moseley. We fast on a Monday and Friday - 600 calories for me and 500 for Tracey. We have breakfast, don't snack at all and have dinner at tea time. This makes the fasting gaps larger and provides your body with the time to repair itself. Your weight will go up and down on this plan, but your body never feels in starvation mode. We started on Feb 25th 2013 with me weighing 14st 10lbs - this morning I was 14st 5.6lbs, so progress is being made. May I wish you every success on with your visions.
